Stores.com Membership Agreement

Stores.com, the provider of this Stores.com Membership Agreement, operates stores with a connected paid membership program. Examples are meh.com, morningsave.com, sidedeal.com, hammacher.com, and others.

This Stores.com Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“you” or “your”) and Stores.com and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Stores.com”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Stores.com Membership is available to people 18 years of age or older, and may not be assigned or transferred. Stores.com reserves the right to refuse your membership application or to terminate your membership at any time without cause. Stores.com also reserves the right to change this Agreement as well as the benefits offered through membership; we will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Your continued membership subsequent to any changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you don’t agree to any changes, cancel your membership.

Shipping and other Benefits

Your Stores.com Membership entitles you to free standard shipping on purchases made from participating Stores.com stores while your membership is active. Additionally, Stores.com Membership offers access to other programs and benefits. Stores.com Membership benefits may be added or removed, or changed at any time.

Billing & Cancellation

Your initial payment covers your first billing period and activates your Stores.com Membership. Your membership will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not renew thereafter. Previous charges are non-refundable, including those in which no use of services occurred.

If your Stores.com Membership begins with a free trial of a stated length, we will begin charging the applicable membership fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

If we increase your membership fee, we will notify you in advance, and you may cancel your membership before the increase takes effect to avoid the new rate.

You understand and acknowledge that your membership will renew automatically, and you authorize us to charge you the applicable membership fee (plus sales tax where appropriate) at the then current rate using any credit card we have on record for you. If all credit cards we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, your membership will be deactivated. If you provide us with a new card and are successfully charged within 10 business days, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.

Limitation of Liability

This Stores.com Membership Agreement incorporates Stores.com’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. IN NO EVENT WILL STORES.COM OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES OR ANY OF THEIR SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Total liability will not exceed the membership fee you most recently paid. Some jurisdictions do not permit all such liability exclusions.

This Stores.com Membership Agreement, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Stores.com regarding your membership.
